I've been fluctuating between 128.8 and 130. I haven't exercised in a week. I need to get back to working out or even if I lose weight I'll still be 'flabby'
129.4 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
