I finally found the plant based diet on the site here. It is under A PLANT BASED, WHOLE FOODS DIET (must start with A and must include the comma! I have always called it the WHOLE FOODS PLANT BASED diet, or WFPB for short, but this site is fussy! Anyway I have already been on it for over 2 yrs, probably 3, and would never go back. I was a vegetarian since 1976, no red meats; gave up poultry one year when I prepared the turkey, ha! Continued with salmon weekly for many years thinking it was healthy, and occasional cheese; plus ate yogurt daily for my bones, along with milk & calcium tabs; got osteoporosis anyway, so gave those up. So, after seeing the movie FORKS OVER KNIVES, then attending some lectures by the vegan drs, I tried it & loved it. Have never even missed cheese, which I thought I would. Fortunately I am accomplished at cooking so I plunged right into the WFPB recipes & continue to do almost all our cooking, very rarely eat out due to allergies etc, anyway, so works for us. Obviously not for everyone so I am glad we get free choice!
116.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I'm glad you found it! I am working my way to completely plant based. I have cut out meat completely but occasionally still have something with eggs or dairy in it. It's a work in progress. You are definitely an inspiration!
