Do you that do Keto, Count carbs by net or regular ?
I’ve been counting net.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 50.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I count total this is something you adjust over time, some people lose better with less carbs and some have more freedom

Thanks I just started it as I’m doing more Omad and low carbs and sugar.

I entered the percentage of carbs I wanted for my daily intake and it figures it out for me with total carbs. It does show the fiber so net carbs are easy to figure out if you want. It always seems to work out to the approximate 10 net carbs I want to be at.

Net carbs and try to stay under 20 : )

I’ve been going by net carbs under 20. Eating a small breakfast and a bigger lunch. Afternoon snack. And full. No dinner for two weeks.

I have more success when I count total carbs and keep them between 20-30g

I keep my NET below 20 and GROSS under 30... AND drink water! IMO, keto doesn't work unless you are super hydrated.

I was losing weight at a faster clip when I wasn't looking at net carbs and just adding fiber supplements to my diet. I think I was more conscious on how many carbs I was taking in and the net carbs allowed me to be slack and fudge the numbers a little. I deselected the button yesterday, we'll see if it makes a difference.
