My monthly 3-day fast kicks off today. Opening it after lunch instead of dinner as I have family lunch on Saturday I'd like to enjoy without breaking early.
178.1 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
