In a week where I ate very well... (I could be more meticulous), but still - a gain?!!!
I know - it was only 500grams, but heck!
I dropped 2cm in my mid section. And that is also too little (I feel)
Anywho. Moving forward...
Have a good weekend all!!
140.4 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
