I am holding on to a little bit of water weight. Probably due to the lack of sleep so I'm not going to record it right now.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 105.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Totally understandable. Lack of sleep is contraindicated for weight loss!And for health in general. You will get back on track. Let us know!

You are so right! Between lack of sleep and stress, my body is probably like what is going on?!? Everything is back on track now. 😊
