I can't belive it I started on Monday and I am down 4lbs!!!! Yeah! I will have moreto write tonight, after I have measured my self so I know how many inches I have lost! love you guys

181.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
