Adding the extra calories has stabilized the weight losses. I will have to wait and see what happens. I had not gone as hard activity wise in a long time. I'm prepared to make adjustments if needed. Yesterday I ate 105% of goal and met all activity goals. BF up .5%
152.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
