BF%: 22.0

Late weigh-in, have been eating like it's bulk season this week (200% cals on a couple days 😱) so need to get a handle on that. Finished the week in decent form though which hopefully rolls into the coming week, so there's that.
175.9 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
