Seriously getting back on track today. I know I’ve made some mistakes and became too relaxed the last few weeks. Time to get back to work. I know I can do it.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Read your own journals. Amazing journey, very inspiring. Your pics of 26th May 2018 in a bathing suit, 12th May in red dress motivated me to be back on track. You can do it again.
