Stomach is less bloated doing GF. Have to be careful not to eat a bunch of GF stuff or I hear you gain on substitutes products.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gluten free I think. Yes, gluten-free substitute foods, they are not only expensive but can be loaded with all kinds of crap...fats, sugars, fillers...label reading is essential.

ah, yes many do so much better without gluten. And yes replacement products can be just aweful.
