I Fell Off the Wagon and I'm having troubles finding my way back :(

I did ok during my vacation which was at the beginning of July but I just can't seem to get back at it, and I'm making myself very MAD! I have tried a couple time to get back on here and start counting again but it just slips my mind or it's just way earlier to eat whatever and whenever I want instead of actually thinking about what I'm eating! Gezz! i make myself so freaking mad!

Well that's it! I have had enough of this shit! It's time to get back on track, NOW, not tomorrow or the day after!

I have to do this, I have to do this, I have to do this!!! Better yet, I WANT to do this! And I WILL do this!

Back at yer' today! Bottom line!

Don't beat yourself up! Just look at where you were when you started. Most of us have lapses. It just makes the weight come off that much faster when we start back up again. You're doing fine. Stop listening to the voice of defeat. Today is the first day of the rest of your transformed lifestyle.

Tarla, don't get mad, get refocused. Forgive yourself for falling off the wagon. Choose not to think about it; rebuke any thoughts of failure, by thinking instead about the positive things you can do to get back on track. Choose to do good for yourself; get the healthy foods, that you know will keep you on the right track to losing the weight again. And finally; choose to move on, go on with your life, and keep working towards the victory that you know is yours; it's just a matter of time.

Breathe! Today is a new day and stop beating yourself up. Plan ahead until you are back in the swing of things. We all falter sometimes. Don't let it be a set back.

Thanks for your support guys! I have really missed it. It always means so much to have people to talk to who understand the ups and downs and who have been through or who are going through the same thing.
