Yipee! I have officially lost 10 lbs! I have been working out hard on my regular 3 days and have added an additional morning of walking/ running the last 2 weeks. I am trying to step up my elliptical workouts to harder bursts of energy and went for 45 min. yesterday (450 cal burned) plus weights. The really encouraging thing is I have been following Paul McKenna's 4 golden rules and am seeing great progress! It really is the easiest thing I have ever done to lose weight. I am not worrying about my food or going out to eat, am enjoying it and able to stop eating when I am full. It is completely freeing and I feel I will be able to make more progress without struggling as I have in the past. This 10 lb. loss is significant for me. I haven't been able to keep making progress like this before. I always stall out in the spring. Last year it took me 6 months to lose 6 lbs. on WW and I really struggled to stay in the points. So, 10 lbs in a little over 3 months is good for me. My goal is to hit 144 by the end of April. Good luck to all my buddies out there! YOu are all doing so well! Have a great day.

I have been trying to do the Paul McKenna 4 rules also. Not so sure about his craving and emotional eating techniques though. Have they worked for you? Not so much for me except it makes me think more about eating what I am not supposed to. I am also in the dreaded PMS phase though, so it probably wouldn't matter what I do. LOL. Congrats on your 10 pounds!!! What an amazing feeling!

You are doing so great! The 4 rules have been a lifesaver to me. I'm no longer stressed about eating! For a while, I was getting burned out with the whole dieting thing. Now, I'm not thinking about food all of the time. Congrats on your 10 pound loss! That's awesome!

Thanks! I have not been doing the other techniques yet. Although I did visualize working out harder with that one technique and it actually did make me want to work out harder. I mainly am just eating consciously and stopping when I am full.

ALRIGHT! YOU DID IT!! thats soooo good. i watched his fist show, or second, but haven't caught anymore... i need to look up those 4 golden rules! good job... i swear you and some others will pass me soon!

Yay! for losing 10 pounds! That's wonderful! I totally agree with how wonderful the Golden Rules are. They have really helped me not feel like I am "on a diet" and I am more in control of how I feel around food. Keep up the fantastic effort. It's working!
