Still at my target weight of 168, unless I decide to drop a few more pounds. On the fence about that. I'm really fine with my weight but still too much body fat so am lifting weights twice a week.

I am within 3 pounds of my goal weight and not worried about losing either, it is all about the excess fat at this point. weight lifting should take care of that problem for you
