Having trouble losing that last pound😥 Going to reduce carbs to under 20% and see if that helps. So far have not kept carbs under 40%.

sorry you are struggling, changing things sometimes will give you that boost. watching your calories more closely helps too. sometimes we get a little off. good that you are not dropping your calories too much. I did that and it did not work for me
