I went out to eat last night and splurged on a Margarita. Only had dinner yesterday and skipped breakfast and snack. Was down this morning! In past, this would have been where I say (//))$64/; it and wake up and eat a donut.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
