Must learn to not snack at nighttime? I may go all day and late evening...then BAM! It’s like I become the eating machine. I drink plenty of water...UGH! Habits are so hard to change.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
