Haven't been making a lot of progress. So I am resetting my calorie intake goal to 1400 and switching up my exercise routine to more muscle building. Hope it will help.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
