How much time between weigh in and competition at your meet? Is it like MMA where they cut water and then rehydrate, or no time for that?

I have about 24 hours or so, USPA is the federation. Weighin at 9 a.m. Friday lift Saturday morning. Technically could try a water cut. I'm just worried about retaining max strength if I do it that way.
