First week of maintenance. Have not used the scales this week, and felt nervous when stepping on them today for a weekend weigh-in. Will check Fat% when Water% get to around 58% around 9am.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 111.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

baskington Thanks. Feels like waiting for a delivery in four hours, to see if theory meet reality. If it does, I have a routine set.
