If you go whole food plant based you will not have to struggle and you will be healthy and have lots of energy and eat all you want and be full and satisfied...I am 57 and million miles an hour...Jeff Novick "caloric density on youtube is the key...everyone has an opinion and you seem to be doing fine.

I’m gonna start counting again. I got a little off track with the move and everything also some medical stuff that has had an effect on it. Thank you for the support. I know I can do it I know it can be done just have to get back into it. I have also been doing more heavy lifting workouts than cardio. My whole body has been sore from 3 workouts a week.

you will never really have to count that much ....check the youtube video out...very informative..lays down the basics...
