Eating zucchini and cucumbers like crazy. Haven't been logging Ins and outs but as long as I'm not creeping up the scale, not too worried. Two meals a day focusing on meats fruits and vegetables with calories around 1500.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
