Disappointed in weight loss. Expected more. But at least focusing on being below a number with 0 is something. Now to break through the 5. I did eat a piece of bread yesterday. Suspect gluten is one of my issues.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
