Thanks for all the support everyone - yesterday I had an ice cream cone, 3 bones of pork ribs - a salad with ranch - 5 small tomatoes all cut up - salt pepper - diet sun drop (mountain dew) and diet rc cola - water - 1/4 chicken cajun rotissery style - no beer boo hoo, no cheese (no problem ) , no eggs lately - I have good success with hard boiled eggs - but the fried slow down my loss -

i guess eating enough carbs with only tomatoes right now and get kind of what would you say , superstitious, so I'm going with tomatoes and salsa - love the salsa or rotel tomatoes on a steak - yum -

I weigh 6 - 7 in the morning, my lightest time of the day, for the most part - I have been drinking the soda and water in the morning and then eating lunch -
I've eaten as late as 7-800 at night and the combination of sleep and not eating till noon I think is the trick for me - I am full with fluids and not hungry and not putting my body under stress at all -

201.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
