Been alone for a few days and will be for the rest of the week. I have always gotten myself into a considerable amount of trouble in that regard; but been doing great.

After my initial 90-days I will continue to do Keto.

gosh I am just the opposite, I love being alone. I can eat how I want, work without a schedule. FREEDOM
