Hi good day - doing the week challenge - ate good and good exercise - last night I had a salad , thanks mom, no cheese, pork rinds (good ones from bass pro ) diet soda , -

A drumstick (ice cream) tried to beat me upside the head and said eat me, but I threatened to melt it, threw it back in the freezer where it belonged - LOL

This morning had a chopped steak with mushroom and onion , salad and double green beans -

Today for lunch , cabbage soup , chicken strips and some tomatoes -

Supper yet to be figured out -

Thanks to JimmiePop, Marshakanady,Rmacle,Tomlong,ameralla,chesgreen,tahoebrun,bschiffe,dboza,kathydetweiler,momma6224, baskington for support - These are just the start but I am very much happy with the strength given to me by this - I can't do it alone -

203.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
