Boing - didn't weigh since june 27 - a little too much ice cream , a little of the spirits with freinds, a few fast food burgers and a few darn big muffins from sams - nacho cheese sauce and chips - otherwize doing good -

Today I did some meat sticks, low carb bowl from hardees no cheese, that is my killer is cheese , don't need it - got tomatoes in the fridge but might do a can of
rotel tomatoes over steak for dinner - option 2 chinese buffet eat good with cabbage, hot sour soup , seafood broiled without the sauce , green beans and chicken either baked or drumsticks -

drink diet soda coke zero or pepsi one , need to drink more h20 -

for ice cream doing whipped cream with some cocoa mix and almonds if I get the sweet tooth -

loose the muffins, fast food except only doing arbys gyros (roast beef and I ask for a boatload of pickles , salad and or hardees low carb bowl and skipping the fried foods this week -

My friends, sometimes you're like if I gain weight , I'll get a bunch of support saying you can do it , and in the back of your mind just looking for a little support, always had it but just need a reminder here or there - that's me and I'm embarrassed - You folks here are a bunch of good "Joes" and there is no need for that -

I'm an up and down person , in my life for the most part, but once I get going on these types of challenges, I should say life learning experiences such as this, I gain confidence when I know what to do - I have direction and it is up to me and only me to go that way -

Righting the ship today and looking for a week goal - In the hot warehouse today, use to it over the years, got through the day until 4:00 and had to rest - Got to do what you got to do -

Everyone new welcome, everybody old (on here for a while , not age) kudos to you -

I will be in touch each day - I am going to report food each day , doing the 30 day 45 pound challenge eating which got me down to my bottoms for a week period and I might weigh everyday, can't help myself - It is in my challenges done and it really worked for me - I don't worry so much about calorie intake so much but just eat the foods in that section - I do try to do 20 good carbs a day, lettuce, broccoli, onions, tomatoes , green beans and these are low sugar vegys - corn ok, but it stops me or slows me down -

Blah, Blah, Blah - Go Green , YOU CAN DO IT , I AM PROUD OF EVERYONE DOING THIS - YOU ARE TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE - CONGRATULATIONS - MUCH SUCCESS TO YOU ALL
203.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.7 lb a week
