Survived the weekend....Holidays will be the next challenge!!

WOD

• 100m Run
• KB Swings 15x
• HR Push-ups 15x
• 10 minutes total

Back Squats
• 5 Reps 70% of MAX - 5 Sets

AMRAP
• KB Squats Tempo (5 secs down) - 10x
• Sky Jumps - 10x
• Weighted Lunges - 10x
• Minimum 3x
177.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
