Hey, I also get up super early for work at 2a. It’s super hard to eat. I mean who wants to have eggs at 3a before leaving the house. I find that when I don’t sleep enough I tend to want to snack on crap. I did 2a wake ups for years but next week my schedule changed to 9-5. You’re doing great with your loss. I have about the same to loose and focus on my trigger this round. Really seeing what my body likes and doesn’t vs just eating to eat. Keep strong and try to get enough sleep.

Thank you swedishblondie! I am so happy you will be working 9a to 5p's soon! I will be able to start working 1 PM to 9 PM soon. I start on July 8. I requested this shift because the other shift is way too hard on my sleep cycle and eating patterns. I hope the change will help me get control of craving carbs and sugar. I so need more sleep.
