I weight yesterday with no change, BUT I'm pretty sure I lost inches because when i put on my pants I didn't have 'camel toe' lol..seriously, they didn't fit as tight and felt a lot looser. So of course I googled it to confirm my suspicions that you can lose inches without losing weight and low and behold it's true and totally made my day! Something about building muscle while losing fat. But it makes sense because the little exercises I do like the bathroom burpies and squats, push ups after each pump session are all more muscle building then cardio fat burning. I still would like to see my weight go down, but after talking to my mother who also confirmed what I thought and has lost 100# with WW said eventually it will even out and just keep doing what I'm doing.

I am so on cloud 9! It's so weird because there is a bbq truck coming today for lunch and I knew it ahead of time, but I still packed my own lunch because I want to keep up the momentum. I love me some bbq, but I decided that I will save that 'treat' for the 4th of July and eat my delicious healthy protein packed fair today.

Of course you can loose fat without loose weight. That's because the water that keeps in your body, and the fact about the growing muscle is more dense, you will look smaller but the weight keeps as same. Btw, inches or pounds lost, all are a gain. Congratulations

Muscle is also metabolically active, so even at rest it burns a few calories. Building muscle while on a weight loss journeys a win win. well done :)
