Alhmdulillah bisa turun juga setelah 2 hari bb stabil..
Hihihi seneng turun dikit2 juga yg pnting sehat😊
175.5 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
