Back from Vacation...no weight gain!!

WOD
• 5x Pull-Ups
• 10 HR push-ups
•15x Sumo KB Squat Pulls
• AMRAP-10 min

Followed w/
• Chest Press Max 2x
•Deadlift Max 2x

Burned 450 Cals
177.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
steady weight
