I am doing very well as far as not eating things I am not supposed to. I am getting sort of board with the food, but yet am not really hungry for anything,(nothing sounds good) definately no cravings here. I have been really bad about working out. It has been two weeks since I have been to the gym and I only walked once this week. I know I have to drink more water, (that is all drink, except milk on cereal once in a while) I also know I need to exercise more, I just have NO energy.... I don't know what my problem is. I know I feel better when I work out I just can't see to make myself find the time to do it.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi there! Maybe we can get going on the exercise with our new challenge. I struggle with that too. We can do it!
