i do not trust this weigh in but hey im happy with the loss. will weigh in again in a week to check 🤔😁
138.9 lb Lost so far: 52.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Fisharn just ease yourself into it. Don't be too hard on yourself. Eat your veggies and your meat, i cook with olive oil and coconut oil. Coconut oil will help you get more fat into your diet. If your weightloss stalls, cut out dairy from your diet for about a week to two weeks. Carbsmart has some nice sauces and thier olive oil is cheaper. Footys and soda water are your best bet if you need a drink. Hope this helps
