Light dinner last night with high protein. Started the Weekend with an Intense Hybrid WOD. The Group Class was teams of 5 with EMOM with 4 Rounds:
• Pull Ups Min 12
• Jump Box Over w/Burpees Min 5
• Tire Flip 8 Min
• Wall Ball Squats 15
• Push Sled w/weight 70lbs Min

Burned 675 Calories-feeling good for the weekend.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
