I found this site completely by accident, but so far I like it. I have tried so many different diets and apps that it is getting very frustrating. I was on Noom for awhile it didn't help, I think if you are going to pay for something you should get a little more than the same text message once a week. So anyway I know that I have to work harder to get to where I need and want to be hopefully I can make it happen this time.
268.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 118.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
