C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!!!

I finally got hit by an upfluct. I'm not worried. I knew it was going to happen if I weighed myself every day. I'm trying to weigh in every morning to track what my weight does on a day by day basis. This way I can see how the Spike Day effects the scale.

I got a good chest workout in this morning. I still need to catch up on sleep before I run the 5K this weekend, but other than that things are going well.

@erika: I plan on having my 'Spike Day' on Monday, so I'll probably wait for the weight spike to come down. So... Wednesday/Thursday?
