kids been off, don't feel like I've done enough eating to deserve that. have stopped tablets was on tho and been a little Ill and no walking. birthday in week. I ordered shales weeks aho to do before to raise confidence and lose some for motivation. they never came but have said meant to today so I am hoping can lose some. I've been drinking loads of water as well but still feel like I'm retaining it
204.3 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 50.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think what made it worse seeing pictures of me 2 years ago before got pregnant. Baby 10 months and only just stopped breast feeding but I've been so harsh to myself and forgot it takes time. Small changes even make difference in long run. I need be patient. I comfort ate and felt defeated and wine has a lot to do with it. I will keep going. Summer is here and I feel so big especially arms. I couldn't imagine wearing shorts or vest tops. Need to look forward not be sad because I'm not where I was

Try to remain positive as it's what will get you to be where you need to be. Look at all the pluses . Eg. Healthy baby that you breast fed for 10 months! Wow some achievement and very well done. 👍 time to look at you now Annmarie. It's your turn so give the attention to you and think of how you'll look in a few months! That little baby will benefit all its life from what you have done. Be very proud and go for it! You CAN do this 😊

Don't worry about those arms kid, they are going to be holding, supporting and keeping safe a beautiful baby. You be proud of your baby and every single bit of yourself, you're doing great.

I had a good cry and took pictures of my in underwear was shocking but needed it. I will look at that when I feel like eating a huge take away or having wine and also as I lose weight I can compare and see my hard work pay off

I second everything that has been said! Well done on the breast feeding for ten months! Have you tried some simple yoga exercises? I found it helpful with my arms and is great for the pelvic floor, can be done at home and really strengthens the core muscles.

A good cry always helps! The pic you took will hopefully help you stay focus. Just hang in there and take each week at a time. Also take measurement... All the best X
