Great WOD. Burned 700 Cals w/Deadlifts, Push-ups, Cable Pull downs, 1-Leg Squats & Pull-ups...45 minutes .
177.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
