2nd attempt at a 48 hour fast . almost 20 hours in, and no hunger pains. planning a 3mile run around the 24 hour mark. really need to work on self control.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
