Weighed myself in the morning, before eating/drinking anything, and after yesterday's low point day. I've finally broken the plateau, it appears! I hope it's not simply an illusion or a temporary change especially given yesterday's low point day. I hope, I hope, I hope :) Anyhow, off to exercise, and hopefully the work will show.
