Not done a weigh in for a while. Had my son's birthday, my nephew and my neice's birthdays and our anniversary weekend away all one after the other. Was mostly keto, but some day went over carbs and also over calories. But still I ate healthy so the damage is not too bad. I feared it was going to be worse. I find it hardest wgen eating at other people's homes and asking for keto friendly options, or declining their cooking as I feel I'm being rude. But must just breifly explain andcstick to my WOE.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week
