This week, I am going strict and see where I go, except diet soda with caffeine which loses water weight but be sure I don't do too much , - I'm doing
stirfries,
chicken , onion, shrimp, broccoli , mushrooms ( gotta watch these), , soy sauce,
steak and onions,
steak and broccoli,
eggs only hard boiled, I have trouble with fried eggs gaining weight but that is me -
rotisserie chicken, separate with hot sauce or ala carte -
Corn is a sugar vegy but I put a little with my hot sauce chicken with a little butter - great -
-
salads which are great - no cheese or little, ranch , tomatoes, lettuce, chicken or turkey , or tuna - love black olives and green but have to watch the carb content - cucumbers -

wraps I'll do but not often for the carb content - bacon lettuce tomato wrap with mayonaisse - tuna fish, and everything else that goes with that in a wrap - anything good goes in a wrap and I also love gyros from arbys - Their food is great and instead of fries you can get a salad no charge (I think) I get that - Hardees low carb bowl for breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, and I said I wouldn't do fried eggs so I'll let this go for a week - It is good -

tuna salad - onion, hard boiled egg , mayonaisse, celery, tuna -

turkey, cucumber, pork rinds, almond, whip cream, realistically what I have for snacks - meat sticks also -

I stay away from dairy except for eggs, but nothing with milk or flour , gravies - I do tomatoes, salsa, tomato sauce , broccoli pureed with garlic, garlic based sauces, and use water as in soup or for volume

I drink water, diet soda and will do no beer ? before Sunday -

These combinations are endless and so I have no problem with variety -
Let your mind wander with the possibilities and there are so many great recipes here on fs and great cooks, man you wouldn't think it would be a weight loss site, but in a lot of ways , food is a big factor-

I haven't mentioned so many other dishes like at longhorn yesterday had chicken breast with wine sauce, artichoke, sun dried tomatoes I know with garlic but something else -

This way of eating helped me during my October, November, December run and it was the 45 pound 30 day challenge or like that - Please read the challenge as it is Atkins , the beginning with low carbs and is the initial way Atkins wanted people to start going pretty much sugarless or very low sugar in their way of eating - I always didn't worry about too much carbs in the broccolis or cauliflowers, cucumbers etc but did watch the fruits - I stay with blueberries and since I got watermelon, these are great superfoods -

I am sharing this because I needed to write this down first for me to remind me what helped me out and got me rolling - I thought if it helps 1 person out , it'd be worth it - Hope it helps you too - The ice cream, beer etc eak into my diet and I have to to watch them when I want to cruise and do some losing - I'll see where I'm at Monday morning next week -

I was posting at 9:00 this morning and now finally finished at 5:00 -

I long for the day when I can enjoy a day without the ratrace. Thanks everybody for the support , back at you and everybody leaving me comments, I hope to respond very soon because I'm not blowing you off - You folks know who you are so I wanted to let you all know -
