Ate a lot over the past few days (Thursday-Tuesday aka today) that wasn't good for the dieting plan so I'm not surprised I gained a pound. Hopefully it'll go back down soon, because it has been for the last week or two!
129.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
