Yep, still here. Gonna do some IF and see if it helps.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it sure does. Been on low carb high fat diet and keeping my eating window between 1pm and 8pm most days with 7kg loss over past 2 months.

I will do that too. Do you have anything other than water when you are in the fasting hours?

I have black tea green tea black coffee and red seal blood orange tea bags. No carbs in any of these.
