People working on bathroom / I laid out spread of food for the guys / ate til the cows cane home and ice cream - it is ok though under 195 - i hope everyone especially cherik1 ok - Much success to all - thanks for the support -

192.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
