Too much PB yesterday!! Also, the Orthopedic just placed my left ankle in a boot. Time to watch the Cals all day!! Haha!!
181.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
