So if anyone has been watching, you'd see the weight creeping up. It's a bit weird that I keep recording the weight increases, but I guess awareness is half of the battle.

Today's food wasn't great, and I don't think I'm ready to start tracking everything at this point, but at least I did work out. It was just 30 mins, at a slow pace - with a bit of arm weights, but it was something.

We're going on vacation next week, so I think I'm just thinking I will have to restart this whole process again when I'm back... so just slowly doing this now I guess makes it less frustrating that I have to go through the whole "get back on the wagon" thing again July 23rd.

There is no need to 'fall off the wagon' while you are on vacation. In fact, you can use the vaction as a new start to a better lifestyle?

I would love that, but I always try to do new things on vacation, which includes eating new things too - it's a hard thing to change.

Hi Brandy!!! I too have had an upward struggle this winter - managing to put on almost 20 of the pounds I fought long and hard to take off last summer and fall - but I am here now - and not after I exceeded my first starting weight but now - I am thankful for small mercies! I took the kids for a walk on the Tom Taylor trail last night - we did 10 k - left at 8pm got home at 10 - but it was lovely! I am rooting for you! good to see you back! Krys
