I'm so excited today! Today is the first day I haven't snuck candy at work without putting it in my food diary. I didn't eat any candy today, and I went to the dog park with my dog, and did a lot of walking and running. It was nice. I also feel very full (tomato soup is just delicious!) and I've gotten in all my water requirements. Today was a good day! I cannot wait until Saturday so I can weigh myself and see how much I've lost! :D
