Ok, ya'll been experimenting with a way to get more potassium every day, and now I have it. Adapted this from a recipe that Dr. Ken has on his YouTube channel. This is the redneck version - and yes, I have not had cramps since I started drinking a glass of it each night. It's so good, I'm thinking about switching to this instead of ever drinking soda or tea. If you suffer from horrible cramping like I do, especially when I take Lasix for the swelling in my legs, give this a try.

Keto Kramp Ade - Concoction to help prevent or eliminate cramping from diuretic medication or dehydration.

Ingredients
2 TBS Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar
2 TBS 100% lemon juice
3/4 tsp lite salt (1073 gr of potassium!)
3 - 5 drops liquid stevia
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt (has abundance of trace minerals)
1 cup water

Directions
Chill water and lemon juice (and vinegar if you like)
Shake vinegar to mix "mother" well. Add all ingredients in tall glass and mix well and drink. Add as much Stevia as you feel necessary for taste. Taste like lemonade with a kick of saltiness.
